	Does anyone have sample code for a program which can
insert GL events into the queue of another program?  I need to write
a driver for a pseudo device along the lines of the button box.  The
program would be reading a serial port for the connection to the device
and I would like to provide support for the device under GL via the
event queue.  If anyone could give me source to a program which can
send events to the window with current input focus I would appreciate it.

(actually I would like to be able to send the event to the program which
owns a given window ID if this is easier)
