Unfortunately, one of the most important specifications of a VT-100 is an 80x24 screen. Unless you purchased an 80-column board for the Model III, this makes it ineligible for true VT-100 emulation. There might be a VT-100 subset available for the Model III in the public domain, but it would not be very good.
