Windows allows you to associate a file name with a Printer.  When you
select that printer, the output goes to a file.  I don't remember all the
details since I did it only once or twice (about a year ago).  If you
are using a PCL printer, I think I ran into some problems with the soft
fonts not being put in the file by PageMaker.

Good luck.  Maybe someone that has done it more recently can be of more
help.
