A few weeks ago, some articles about TeXCAD's
bug were reported. (TeXCAD is an interactive
drawing package for MSDOS systems distributed
with emTeX.) The reported bug was about "reversed vectors".
Also reported was that a new version was available
in which the bug was repaired.

I'd like to know if it is available from
any ftp cites, such as terminator.cc.umich.edu or
the original emTeX site in Germany.
