I've been using TeX C Version 2.9, on unix systems for a couple of years now,
and have just started reading this group.
The first thing I see is a lot of discussions about TeX 3.0, so here is
a couple of (possibly?) stupid questions:

What is the difference between TeX 2.9 and TeX 3.0??
Is it worth changing to TeX 3.0?
Where can I get TeX 3.0?

Answers to these questions is probably wellknown to anybody (except me), so
please respond by email...
