Suppose that I have an existing TeX or LaTeX file, and I'd like to
print it out.  Except, I'd like to add a line (like "Submitted to the
XYZ Conference") in the very top right corner of the first page.  Is
there any way of doing this without changing the way the rest of the
paper is printed?
