I have been trying to use the emTeX DVISCR previewer on a Toshiba 
5100 laptop with VGA gas plasma display. The automatic graphic 
adapter selection defaults to CGA... The Olivetti /oa19 mode for 
640 X 400 mode works in VGA, but does not take advantage of the 
possibility of using gray scales.  Does anyone (E. Mattes?)
know a way of getting the previewer to use the Toshiba's screen to 
its full capabilities?
