Thanks to everybody who sent me suggestions on how to solve my problem
(five responses within 24 hours -- let's hear it for Usenet...).  As
it turns out, setting the Printing Method to Spooled did the trick
(of course, simultaneously upgrading to a IIsi probably didn't hurt
either :-).  This was suggested by the program's author, Jim Walker.

Now perhaps the person who started the thread can get *his* problem
solved...
