It sounds as though you want a Windows-based PIM (Personal Information Manager). The most recent issue of PC Magazine reviews four of these. The two that stood out as being the best were Polaris PackRat and IBM Current. I too am interested in this type of software and am now simply trying to decide which of these two programs is more suited to my needs. <=- Hubert
