With the "select" mouse-button (usually set to the left mouse-button) grab one of the corners and drag. If you're using olwm, you'll notice that when you're in the vicinity of a corner, the on-screen mouse-pointer will turn into a bulls-eye (well...ok... its a circle with a dot...) indicating that you can drag and stretch.
