Does anybody know about the program xsnap? It is supposed to cut an
abitrary part of the screen and display it in a separate window.

This program must have existed ages ago at our site - at least I have found
a manual page. However, I couldn't find any sources, neither locally nor on
expo.

It would be fine if someone had a pointer to xsnap or to a program that can
do the same.
