Be aware that once you arrange your menu bar buttons like this, you
will not be able to certify your application as "Motif compliant".  The
OSF documents state that if a Help button is present, it must be in
the far right of the menu bar.  I don't have the OSF stuff in front
of me right now so I can't quote it to you.
