To follow the OSF/Motif Style Guide, the menu should be arranged like
this:

           --------------------------------------------
           File  Options                           Help
           --------------------------------------------

The "About" command belongs within the Help menu.  

This design also avoids the problem of putting a different kind of 
button in the menu bar, which often creates usablilty problems.
