Yes, I'm in complete agreement.  Besides, if drivers can turn right on
red, the audible traffic light may not do a lot of good anyway because you 
still have to wait until you can safely cross.  Just because the walk sigh 
sign and an audible traffic light say its safe does not mean it really is.
