HELP! HELP! HELP!

I am fighting to install Reflections II version 4.0 and am not having much 
luck.  Got it to talk pretty good, but not all of the time.
For my application, I must use a VT220 imulation.  I've tried CrossTalk Mark 
IV, but it does
not o have a "Clear Communication" command.  Reflections is not working out...
So, I've been told Smartterm 340 operates much like CrossTalk and does have a 
Clear Comm command.

Has anyone used SmartTerm and if so, how did it work with speech?
Any help would be appreciated.  This problem is driving me crazy. <GRIN>.
