The Rehab Act (1973) has a pretty interesting section that authorizes
the Secretaries of Commerce and Labor to "make grants to, or enter into
contracts with, individuals with handicaps to enable them to develop or
market their products or services."[ Title 6, Rehab Act, Section 622,
( 29 USC 795(h) ].
 
Anybody know anything about this ?
 
I would be interested talking with anyone who has knowledge of this or
any other program involving handicapped small business,["8(a)"
setasides, S.B.A. HAL-2's, etc..]
