Here in Canada, there is a lady by the name of Rachel Zimmerman
that has developed a program to use the Blis board with a
computer.  This program translate the Bliss board input into
English.

I do not know how to reach her or where the program is available,
but maybe someone who reads this may know how to get that program
or reach Rachel.
