I for one am not in a position to answer your questions, having no 
bladder control whatsoever, and minimal, practically no sensation there 
erotic or otherwise.
Biggest problem with external catheters for me is weakening of the 
adhesive caused by wetness caused in turn by kinking of the tube. As far 
as how a woman feels about it, I'm thinking that everybody gets used to 
everything over time.
