I'll have to go through my brl book reviews and find the catalog
number for that book.  BTW, the Louisiana Council of the Blind is
selling a cajun cookbook in braille and large print.  I don't have
the address in front of me, but if you would like to order a copy,
let me know and I will give it to you .  I don't know if you still
read the Cooking echo, but I posted a few recipes from the book
over there.  It's a really nice cookbook and I think it's worth the
twenty dollars.  It's in three volumes and so far, we've liked
everything we've tried.
