 Sdir is a directory listing (and quite a good one, I might add).  It
 has some quite sophisticated file management functions.  SQWINT, on the
 other hand, is a text file lister, with only minimal file management.

 In other words, SQWINT is a more flexible, more practical version of
 the DOS "type" command, whereas sdir is a replacement for the DOS "dir"
 command.
