Patrick, The only problem with that message is that if I didn't know what organization you meant, I would have suspected you were a Scientologist. The NFB'ers here want to feel rejected and hurt, that's quite clear. The problem is that no one has rejected the philosophy so much as the lock step. We as blind people have enough trouble with a habit of mind that insidiously prompts us to defer to sighted people. This habit limits our feelings of self-worth and our acting as autonomous human beings.
