WS> Will sqwint get around some of these problems. I'm not familiar with htype. SQWINT's search command gives you the option of a case-sensitive search, but the default is non-case-sensitive. It does take you to the word you're looking for, but I suspect you'd still have to re-read that entire screen. I don't like it's continuous read command, because once WS> you start it, you can't get out of it. I like to beable to WS> stop if I wish to check something closer. I have been planning to make SQWINT Word Perfect compatible, but Word Perfect wants money before they release file formatting information, and I am not a commercial software publisher, just an impoverished theatre artist and programmer. You can exit SQWINT's non-stop mode by pressing "N" - the same key you press to enter that mode. There is also a "line-by-line" mode. WS> Now, besides being partial because WS> you wrote it, would it behove me to check it out again. WALTER! You're asking me about one of my CHILDREN! Check it out. If it's not what you want, delete it...or give me more suggestions so I can MAKE it waht you want. -- Uucp: ..!{decvax,oliveb}!bunker!hcap!hnews!106!729!Jeff.Salzberg Internet: Jeff.Salzberg@f729.n106.z1.fidonet.org
