Hi. I'm looking for sources for CCD's that operate in the XRAY domain. I know
they exist, and are commercially available, but I have no idea which companies
might market such a device. Specifically I'm looking for a line or array ccd
sensitive to Cu K-alpha xrays ~7KeV. I'm interested in sources for either the
chips or a complete camera assembly. Any information at all would be useful.
