More specifically I have heard rumors the College Dispensation clause has been changed. My sources are not very reliable but I was told that drafted college students would finish their current semester/quarter and would then enter military service immediately thereafter. I was told that it was changed after Vietnam. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Carl A. Wolter
