Ted Molczan!  Many people have requested your fine orbital elements
file.  I have been getting them off a local space interest BBS and
uploading them here, but they tend to be updated infrequently.

Any chance that you would post them here directly?  T. Kelso has seemingly
quit posting his, so there hasn't been any recently.
