All shuttle launches are televised on NASA Select (check out your cable
system), and CNN and C-Span normally cover all shuttle launches provided
that there are no "big" stories breaking.

Barring any major problems, it looks like the next launch will be Atlantis
with a DOD payload.  These missions are classified, so mission coverage will
be limited to infrequent DOD provided updates--once a day or so, and are
notorious for containing almost no useful information.
