     There is an electronic bulletin board for software from COSMIC, 
including CLIPS and NETS.   COSMIC is a nonprofit agency that distributes
software developed by NASA and other government agencies.

      The phone numbers for the BBS are as follows:
   713-280-3896 or  713-280-3892 (modem setup 2400 baud, N-8-1)

   COSMIC has an E-Mail address now:
