I'm aware of wuarchive.wustl.edu:/mirrors/msdos/deskpub/ocr102x.zip, but it's compiled for the PC, doesn't support my scanner, and doesn't seem to like my images. Pointers appreciated. Ideally, I'd like something to work on my workstation (Sun 3/SunOS 4.0.3), but I'll entertain all kinds of suggestions. (I've given up on comp.sources.wanted and I apologize to those who are offended by these kind of posts.)
