If you don't know what v2 is, you can skip this.

I just had a request for the latest v2 type manager, and since I was going
to package it up anyway, I thought I'd make it available for anonymous ftp
from dabo.ifs.umich.edu.  There are some bug fixes but the main change is
that it does long file names now.
