I am looking for a high-quality speech compression algorithm,
preferably with source code if it is available. I study human
auditory word recognition, and want to conduct some studies
using compressed speech. It would be greatly appreciated if
you would provide me with the journal citations of a couple
of algorithms and/or source code. I sample speech at 10K and
have 12-bit precision on my system. Thanks very much.
