I need help with 2 questions that I have:

	1) is there a resonable way to enter 3D points into a window
	(Xwindows)  using only a mouse.  

	2) Right now we're using a product called DI3000 by Precision
	Visuals to do graphics on our VMS mainframes and Cray.  DI3000
	is a collect of subroutines that are linked at run time which can plot
	and manipulate 2d and 3d info.  Does anyone know of any products which 
	has the same capablites, but with a lower price.
