Subject: Help required with GIF format.

Does anyone know how to create a GIF file? I have an old-ish (circa 1988)
Compuserve document which has an explanation of the format, but it refers
to "LHZ compression". I do not know how to do this.

If anyone can help, please email me direct, and I'll summarize.
