I posted the original question concerning what newsgroup would be
appropriate for DVI developers.  Since then, there has been 
considerable interest in this newsgroup to see a new group called
"comp.multimedia".  Also, I have received 2 messages from people
who specifically would like a forum to discuss DVI questions.  So
the interest is there, but I don't know how to go about starting
a new newsgroup.  I would appreciate it if a newsgroup "veteran"
would let me know.  Thank you.
