I've used the OSF version 1.8.1.5 (both for gcc and g++) that is available from 'foobar.colorado.edu'. Now I have a (probably stupid) question: is the preprocessor symbol '__cplusplus' supposed to be defined in any c++ compiler? It is not for g++-1.8.1.5.
