	Hi there,

	does anybody know whether there is a public domain library or
	a book or whatever, where I can find basic Lisp routines to
	manipulate text files ?
	I need basic routines C-like !
	I am using Common Lucid Lisp 2.1 at the moment, but soon I'll
	switch to the 3.0 version !!!!
