The Cobb Group's publication INSIDE TURBO PASCAL has an issue devoted to
reading dBASE files from TP.  The issue is July 1990 (Vol. 2 No. 7).
My copy says you can call them at 1-800-223-8720.  They provide source
code as well as an explanation of what they're doing, but I haven't had
time to read the article myself.
