I am interested in how the network works (in theory - a little detailed theory) I know how to communicate with the modem, no help needed there. I know enough enough pascal to make a detailed description work. This is what I need to know: 1) The standard at which the message files are kept (a record example would help) 2) How each BBS obtains a mailbag from each of the BBS's on the network. I have thought of many impracticle ways that don't really cut it. Source would be most helpful, however, I don't need COMPLETE source.. For serial communications (for example) a "call BBS inc(i)" will work. All I need is a skeleton. The format of the messages/etc is all I really need actual source to. Also, if you know anywhere this message could be forwarded for a better response, please do... Thanks in advance. Harold
