I found the 2.1 version of pcal on an anonymous ftp server
with the Internet address of hydra.helsinki.fi.  It is in the directory
pub/archives/alt.sources.

PS. I found this source by using an extremely useful archive server called
"ARCHIE: The McGill School of Computer Science Archive Server."  To access it,
telnet to quiche.cs.mcgill.ca and sign-on as archie.  Note: no password is
required.  There is a brief on-line help which will get you started.
