Hi,

I need help with correctly configuring an Apple Laserwriter II NTX on a Sun
3/280.  I've just put in xtex 2.16 here and it requires the -d option for lpr
ie. the psdf filter file to process DVI input.  We of course don't have this
filter file, as well as just about none of the others.  For now though I'd be
content to find the psdf file.  Could some nice soul e-mail me their DVI 
filter file, or point me towards the ftp address where I could grab it?
