Is MINIMOS 5 available to the public. ?
Any recommendations for similar (or better) 3-D simulators which could be
available "cheaply" to Universities?

PS: In reference to my previous question on quasi-fermis and Pisces,
to which I got no replies, I'll **try** to modify Pisces and hopefully
get it to behave like Cande. I'll keep those who are interested posted.
