I request return receipts. At present, I just filter them to the rcp pile and look at them by hand. But if it would be really great if it was possible to: 1. Look at the incoming receipt 2. Match it up with the outgoing mail I had sent 3. Somehow set a flag on the outgoing mail so you knew at a glance that it had arrived. I think you could re-use the existing flags in elm somehow for #3 if you knew how to set them. And 1 & 2 sounds like a job for deliver, except I RTFMed a little bit about it and had no ideas.
