It's on qed.rice.edu (128.42.4.38) in pub/musictex.tar.Z, available
by anonymous ftp.  In the distribution, the file
musictex/demos/notice.tex contains what documentation there is.  There
are also a large number of example scores in musictex/demos.  Rich
