CP/M *is* very much still available for saile. TriSoft still sells and supports both CP/M-2.2 and CP/M-68K. As for as DRI putting it in the PD, ... they are still charging *us* royalties! Unfortunately, the person whose question started all this still has the problem of needing a version for HIS machine ... unless he can find a person with his special BIOS.
