I have an XT-based coprocessor card in my possession now without any
software to drive it. It is a

	ABM Z80 board FAB 5000-1 REV C

A flip through PC Magazine (pg 342 Jan 24 1984) revealed that it is
marketed by

Quoting from the advertisement

	"ABM's PS-3270 Subsystem uses our intelligent communications
	co-processor (ICP) board featuring a Z80B processor with 64K
	memory, 4 serial portts, a parallel printer port and powerful
	multi-tasking emulation software. ...."
