Would anyone know of a "hot key" sequence I can use to switch screens
instantly?

For example, here I am at work (during lunch...) and the "powers to
be" walk by. They see my screen and think I'm playing a game or something.

I would like to be able to switch screens back to dos or another app without
looking conspicuous.
