Does anyone have a reasonably secure version of fmt (for use with vi) that
they could send the code for? I've ported both fill.c (comp.sources.unix)
and fmt.c (bsd-sources/src/ucb/Mail) from uunet.uunet to MSDOS, but the
former is dreadful (although I don't see why and wish I did), and the
second is a bit of a mess with a number of loose ends hanging. I don't
have more time now to work on these, and would appreciate a hand.
