When I send an output to the printer, scrambled letters result. I know the printer itself works because I've tried it at the store from which I bought it. And I know the printer ports are OK because I've plugged-in a known working printer and it worked fine. I know it has nothing to do with the printer settings, and the cable is OK. What's left? Has anyone out there experienced the same problem and has an answer? -cwong@boole.seas.ucla.edu
