I'm interested in getting a hold of an Adaptec controller for interfacing
SCSI to SMD.  I have been told that the part # is ACB5580a.  Unforunately
I've also been told (by Adaptec tech support) that it has been discontinued.
Can anyone suggest a source.  I've contacted Hamilton/Avnet and Arrow.  
Neither offer much hope but did say they'd try.  I need about a dozen.
If anyone happens to have one of these gizmos collecting dust on shelf I
will be happy to talk $$$.

I'd also be interested in alternative devices that do SCSI<->SMD.
