It is a ABM Z80 board FAB 5000-1 REV C A flip through PC Magazine (pg 342 Jan 24 1984) revealed that it is marketed by ABM Computer Systems 3, Whatney, Irvine California 92714 (714) 859-6531 Quoting from the advertisement "ABM's PS-3270 Subsystem uses our intelligent communications co-processor (ICP) board featuring a Z80B processor with 64K memory, 4 serial portts, a parallel printer port and powerful multi-tasking emulation software. ...." *Anyone can help with schematics or software ?.
