I have been able to load PROTMAN.SYS, MACDEPCA.SYS and the dis_pkt.dos drivers and bind them for a DEPCA card in an IBM-AT, but the MACDEPCA driver doesn't seem to recognize the ethernet card in the VaxMate. My questions are: 1) Is there some set-up I am overlooking for the VaxMate to "initialize" the ethernet card, or is it just not recognized (I think the same DLL.EXE driver works for it and the DEPCA); 2) Does FTP support the internal ethernet card in VaxMates under their TCP package (failing a PD packet approach); 3) Am I wasting my time with these machines (the problem is, I have quite a few)? Any help would be appreciated. Please reply directly. Jeff Luck CES Systems Office Penn State University (JFL4@PSUVM.PSU.EDU)
